OVERVIEW:

Lavendula ‘Otto Quast’, also known as Spanish Lavender, is an evergreen shrub with gray-green foliage with bluish- purple flowers.  This extremely fragrant plant is a fantastic attractor of pollinators such as bees, butterflies, and moths. Spanish Lavender is edible and can be used as an herb in cooking and teas.  Its is also used in the cosmetics industry in oils and lotions.
